Ricky is planning to be back in the studio recording his 5th CD in November.   He will once again record at Nashville's legendary Studio 19.  All the song on this new Cd was written or co-written by Ricky.

We are also working on a military base tour for the winter months. We are planning to visit Fort Carson, Fort Bliss, Fort Hood and some of the smaller bases.

Ricky Lee performed at the Buffalo Flag Day Ceremony June 14th @ the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park.

Thanks to the Buffalo Rotary Club, this important FLAG DAY event will include the unveiling of a 100-foot flag pole, which will fly the largest American flag in New York State.

Plus, Nashville recording artist Ricky Lee made a special appearance at the ceremony and performed the National Anthem.  The appearance also included the world release of Ricky’s song Standing Tall….part of his “Freedom” CD.  Watch the interview on the BUFFALO MORNING SHOW...

That CD, by the way, has made history.  Teaming-up with the Made in America Store, Enviroplas, and Rainbow Records, this is the first 100% American-made CD and was produced entirely in the United States…from the plastic pellets in the disc, to the cardboard sleeve.  It’s also noteworthy that $5.00 from every CD sold goes to support America’s veterans and troops.

It’s particularly significant that Standing Tall be performed on Flag Day, since the words convey a message from the American Flag to the world.

The FLAG DAY ceremony will also include a Marine Color Guard, as well as the Pledge of Allegiance by 72 Buffalo Public School children.

Ricky Lee, who is sponsored by the National VFW, as well as the Made in America Store, will also perform July 14th at Noon at the M & T Bank Plaza Event Series in downtown Buffalo.

Ricky Lee Entertainment  have teamed up with Tifco Inc www.tifco.com to build a custom Chopper. This will be a 100% Made In America tribute motorcycle to all whom served this great country.  This bike will be unveiled at next years VFW patriotic Rally in San Antonio TX.  It will than go on tour with Ricky opening each show.

We would like to introduce a new partnership.  Ricky spent a few days in New York visiting with Mark Andol, the owner of the Made In America Stores (see video on Fox News).   These are retail stores that sell only products that are 100% American Made, they are planning many new store openings in 2010 including franchise opportunities. Ricky Lee making history...We have teamed up with Made In America, Enviroplas, Rainbo Records and Dow Chemical Company to present the first CD to be 100% Made In America.  We have been working on this project for over a month contacting manufacturers across America and a ton of research.  This has been quite an education, learning how many products and raw materials are not made in the USA.  We were told by countless resources that our task to make this CD 100% America is nearly impossible, being that 99% of the polycarbonate that is used to manufacture the CD disc itself is made in CHINA. Let's all do our part and keep it Made In America.  More to come on this project....

Coming This Summer To A Venue Near You

The American Freedom Tour is just around the corner. With the release of the new CD and many more venues added, Ricky is gearing up for a brand new show that is more entertaining than ever! Along with this fantastic show it will include two special projects that will take part in this tour including The American Freedom Cart. This is custom golf cart/ATV. The seats are made from donated Armed Forces uniforms and patches worn in battle and peace time. The hand painted art work speaks for it self about the life and times of our veterans and Heroes. We also have a matching trailer currently being built that will be pulled by the AFC.
